    open feat(unicorn): rewrite `dynamic_workspace.py` #79

**What feature would you like to see included in Rhino Linux?** It idles at 43Mb of memory doing nothing, which is not ideal. I have tried to write it in zig, using the libs that the python program uses under the hood but came to various errors. I will try later; this issue is just here for for posterity. Doing this also would mean it's one less program that doesn't depend on python (yay). **Describe alternatives you've considered** Not rewriting, but that's no fun, and I would rather have my 43Mb back.
