    open prop(rhino-settings): Create a `rhino-settings` application. #82

**What feature would you like to see included in Rhino Linux?** Myself and @oklopfer believe that it would be best if we created an overarching GUI "Rhino Settings" application. This application would assume the role of `rhino-system`, thus deprecating it in the process, as well as perform additional functions. The application should: - Perform the functions of `rhino-system` including displaying system information and providing the ability to perform a full system upgrade. - Have a tab for applying hotfixes from `rhino-hotfix` - Have a tab for applying testing features aka: `rhino-stampede` - When the application is opened in Unicorn, it should display a "Unicorn Settings" tab for enabling/disabling Unicorn features, integrating command requiring GTK+XFCE4 into a single toggle, and some customization! - This may require a CLI utility to go hand-in-hand with this. Ideally the application would use: - Gtk4/Libadwaita - After some discussion we are also open to using `flet` so long as we find a solid workaround to the icon issue. **Describe alternatives you've considered** - A specific "Unicorn Settings" application. **Additional context** N/A
