open bug(unicorn): Desktop/System settings don't load from option on global menu #26

If you click on the desktop, and then look at its appmenu entries, there is a submenu for Desktop that reads: System Settings, Desktop Settings. If you click on those, nothing happens! However, if you don't load plank (e.g. if you start xfce4 via startx instead from via lightdm), these two options do load.
